Stress is a trigger that makes you feel like giving up, but you shouldn't give in. I, myself feel stress too. I overcome it by doing what makes me feel relieve and that is by pausing everything and just do something for myself.
I work in a printing company and everything is fast paced and sometimes I got to have tons and tons of tasks. I leave work for a day or two to breathe, because it is just so suffocating. I watch movies, blog and do things that makes me forget those things. It's good to breathe and just watch from a distance. It is tiring but it is what we do for a living. Don't stop, just pause and then continue,.
